We are seeking a talented and experienced writer to join our team as a Real Estate Research Writer in our Insights Team.

In this role, your main focus will be on creating compelling and informative content related to the real estate industry. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore secondary topics such as finance, mortgage, interest rates, and other subjects that revolve

What will I be doing?

Real Estate Market Research and Trends:

  • Continuously monitor and analyse the real estate market trends, both locally and internationally.
  • Identify potential market shifts and provide insights into possible opportunities and threats.
  • Brainstorm and commission with new research topics that can translate to new data points.

Research, Analyse & Write PLB Insights Quarterly Report:

  • Compile, analyse, and interpret real estate data to produce a comprehensive quarterly report.
  • Ensure that the report is insightful, accurate, and aligns with the brand’s voice and vision.

Liaise and Work Closely with CEO, PLB Research Team & Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate with the CEO, Research team and other key stakeholders to identify research needs and objectives.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all relevant parties are kept informed of key market insights.

Conduct Research and Prepare Charts for Speaking Engagements:

  • Prepare detailed research and visual aids for webinars, seminars, and other speaking engagements.
  • Ensure that all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a manner consistent with the brand’s image.

What is required of me?

  • Proven experience as a writer, preferably with a focus on real estate content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to gather information from various sources and synthesize it into engaging content.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and related topics.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content creation, collaboration, and research.
  • A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
