Alfred & Felicia have been of a great help throughout our selling process. A detailed feedback was sent to us after every viewings (which we had it for almost every weekend) great thing is they are always around be it for the staging process etc. we can leave our home with them without having to worry. We are not familiar with the entire process since it’s our first time selling our home, but Alfred & Felicia have provided great help in terms of the calculations and timeline presented to us to allow us to have a better understanding of what to expect next. After all, great experience with them ☺️

First time buyer of HDB resale flat, Was not unsure about the procedure , but met up with Alfred from PLB. At first was sceptical about whether to use an agent or not to use. After talking to Alfred, learn a lot about Resale flat procedure from Private and HDB. Went to nearly 7 viewings together with Alfred after telling him which areas i would like to visit. Each viewings was well taken care by Alfred as he would point our the good pros and cons of the flat and how much should we decide to offer for the flat in terms of negotiation. Would recommend Alfred Cheong as a Property agent for those who are looking for one and he will guide you carefully with all the procedure and his fast initiatives to help find the right house for you new buyers.
